Tomato rice Recipe

Essential ingredients

  • Rice

    200 g (1 cup)

  • Tomatoes

    350 g (3 pieces)

  • Olive oil

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Garlic

    3 g (1 tsp)

  • Grated parmesan

    120 g (1 cup)

Basil, Parsley, Salt, Herbs de Provence, Black pepper

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Bring water in a skillet to boil on medium heat. Salt it to your taste. Cook rice according to the instructions on the package.

    Meanwhile, remove the flesh from the tomatoes so that only the spherical frame remains.

    When the rice is ready, add parmesan and minced garlic. Season with provence herbs, salt and pepper to your taste.

    Stuff tomatoes with the rice mass. Put them on the baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
